Preamble.
The Asian EFL Journal (owned by Time Taylor International Ltd, Korea)(a 100% Australian owned company under FDI laws Korea)   is a leading academic journal for the online publishing of second language acquisition articles. It has market domination after  10 years of online growth and high referencing in Search engines. Google lists 52,000 references The Editorial Board can be seen at

To develop the journal into the world’s largest on-line academic journal (and provider of Global conferences,) prodcution of hard copy journals, it is proposed to raise capital to establish Offices in Korea, Philippines and China to direct and control future global growth and financial income. Ancillary departments include and will include TESOL training courses globally, magazine publishing will commence in late 2009, and also on-line videos from the Asian EFL Journal conferences.

As English as a global language spreads and the study of second language acquisition teaching and learning becomes markedly more vital, the following areas are viewed as prime sources of income:-

  2. Global second language acquisition conferences
  3. Global conferences on ESP and  EIL.
  4. TESOL training courses and materials associated with training
  5. Publishing Academic teaching materials for the global English teaching market.
  6. Publishing the Asian EFL Magazine – academic come life style will commence in 2009
  7. Consultancy
  8. Text Books for the Korean, China, Japan market
  9. Language testing software
